Welcome to the Online Admission Portal of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar Garhwal. This portal is designed to provide a seamless, transparent, and efficient admission experience by automating the complete admission process, from online registration and application submission to counselling, document verification, fee payment, and final enrolment. The University offers the Four-Year Dual Degree Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in B.Sc. B.Ed. (Secondary), B.A. B.Ed. (Secondary), and B.Com. B.Ed. (Secondary) in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and NCTE guidelines. Candidates seeking admission to these programmes must have passed Class XII or an equivalent examination from a recognised Board/University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent grade). Admission is based on the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) for NCTE-recognised ITEP institutions. NCET-qualified candidates may participate in the University counselling process, and final admission shall be subject to seat availability, reservation policies, fulfilment of University eligibility criteria, successful document verification, and compliance with the applicable NCTE and University regulations.
