Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs)
  • Click on the “New Registration” Button on the Home Page.

  • Fill your Details (Applicant's CUET Application Number, Applicant's Date of Birth (As per CUET Application Form))

  • Enter Captcha as shown in the image and Click “Register” 

  • Upon registration, an OTP will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number. Use this OTP  to complete the verification process and to set a new password. 
  • Submit to complete the registration process
  • Click the “Login” button on the Home Page. 

  • Enter your “CUET Application Number” and “Password” 

  • Enter Captcha information as shown in image. 

  • Click the “Login” button. 

·       Click the "Login" button on the home page.

·        Click the “Forgot Password? Click to Reset your Password” link located at the bottom of the Login form.

·       Enter your CUET Application Number and the captcha information displayed in the image.

·        Click the "Send" button. You will receive an OTP and instructions to reset your password on your registered email id.

·       Log in to your account using your "CUET Application Number" and "Password".

·       Complete your "Profile Details", "Other Details", and “Upload” necessary documents.

·       Once your profile details are successfully submitted, click on "Programme Selection".

·       Choose the applicable "Programme Level", select the programme, and the affiliated college that you wish to apply for.

·       Preview your Personal Details and fill in the required information on the "Academic Details" page for your chosen programmes.

·       Pay the Programme Registration Fee.

·       Once the Fee Payment is completed, your application for the programme will be successful.

·       To apply for another programme, simply click on "Select Programme/s" on the top Navigation Bar and repeat the aforementioned steps.

Payment of the registration fee can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, or UPI.

Log in to your account and click on 'Payment' on the top navigation bar to view the status of your transactions.

To resume your incomplete application submission, ensure that you are logged into your account. Click on the "Dashboard" button at the top left corner. Scroll down to the "Programme Applications". Locate the name of the programme for which the submission was interrupted and Click on “Submit Application” to proceed with the submission.

Once submitted and the fee is paid, applications cannot be withdrawn. However, you may edit application details before making the payment by accessing your dashboard.

Yes, you can.  Click on "Select Programme/s" on the top navigation bar, choose the Programme Level, Programme, and Affiliated College, as required, and proceed to complete the application submission process. To apply for another college, simply click on "Select Programme/s" and choose a different college for the same programme and repeat the submission process.

This error indicates that you have not appeared for the required CUET test papers necessary to be eligible for the selected programme. To proceed, ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the programme you are applying to. Simply, click on "Select Programme/s" on the top navigation bar, choose the Programme Level, Programme, and Affiliated College, as required, and proceed to complete the application submission process. To apply for another programme, simply click on "Select Programme/s" and repeat the aforementioned process.

Firstly, ensure that the programme is being offered by the Affiliated Colleges. You can check the availability via the following link: https://hnbgucuet.samarth.edu.in/college/

If the programme is available but still not visible in the drop down, then follow the outlined steps:

1. Click on the "Dashboard" button located at the top left corner of the page.

 2. Scroll down to find the "Programme Applications" section.

 3. Look for the row containing the name of the desired programme.

4. Click on the “Submit Application” button under the “Action” header to proceed and complete the submission process.

If the fee amount has been deducted from your bank account but the payment status on the portal has not been updated, please refrain from making a second payment and follow these steps:

1. Click on  “Payments” on the home page.
2. A list of all transactions made by you will be displayed.
3. Select “Check Payment” for each transaction related to the Admission/Programme fee.

The “Final Payment Status” will be updated to “Paid” or "Success" for the corresponding transaction for which the payment was made successfully.
